Supporting Share The Meal: Reflecting on our launch quarter

As the first quarter of the year comes to an end, we at Shiraz Studio are excited to share the impact we've made by donating to a good cause. Despite the challenges of the current global situation, we believe in the power of compassion and generosity to make a difference in the lives of those in need.

This quarter, we are donating to Share The Meal, an organization dedicated to providing meals and support to communities facing food insecurity. Specifically, our contributions will be directed to Palestine, where the need for support is urgent and pressing. We understand the importance of supporting those facing challenges. Although our sales in our first ever quarter were low, we are committed to increasing our donation from our own resources. We believe that even the smallest contribution can have a significant impact.

Shared meals will provide emergency food assistance to families in Palestine.

With conflict escalating in October 2023, Palestine is facing an urgent humanitarian crisis. 1.8 million people are now food insecure, many of whom have lost their homes and are seeking safety in shelters.

Despite challenging conditions, the World Food Programme (WFP) is on the ground providing life-saving aid to people in Palestine and those in shelters. Regular cash and food programmes are also continuing every day where possible.
